Nationwide Building Society are investing in their branch network and updating their branches across the country. As the changes will affect the way the branch staff operate, Nationwide needed an engaging and exciting way to help branch colleagues get ready for the change.
We were asked to develop an engaging creative look and feel that could be used across a set of tools to help guide staff through the branch transformation journey. Using visual que’s from the new branch design, we developed a creative style that complimented the branch environment, whilst ensuring the information they needed to understand was clear and concise.
The work has gone down really well with all involved and we hope this has helped staff get to grips with everything during a busy time.
We can’t wait to pop into our local Nationwide branch once it’s been transformed.
